They showed up on time, carefully wrapped and loaded every piece of furniture as if it was their own then unloaded and unwrapped every piece and placed it exactly where we wanted it. Graceful movers was in fact graceful! Mack was the leader of the crew that was assigned to us and he led his men with patience and class. Bryan and Alex waisted zero time while mack walked us through how the day would go, they immediately jumped into action and executed their roles and responsibilities perfectly. My home got flooded last week with a broken pipe upstairs. Both floors were affected. Graceful moves is by far the most professional and accommodating service I have ever used. They came in and witnessed the scene and did not hesitate one bit. These gentlemen were so gracious and went over and beyond to help me pack my belongings and salvaged what was possible. I’ve used them twice in the past two weeks, and both teams that came were friendly, cooperative, and humorous. It lifted my spirits, even looking at my home in the dumps. They were able to protect my fragile art and glass pieces, and I was able to trust their process in safely transporting the items to my storage unit. I have used movers a few times before in the past, but this company is a memorable one. I’ll be sure to stick with Graceful Moves. Thanks Greg for your amazing service and team! Moved into my first apartment today and Graceful Movers was honestly the best choice! First, they brought moving boxes 3 weeks before my move date. On the moving day, they were prompt arriving w/in the moving window, efficient, and professional. The movers Dee and Dmac were careful with all my furniture even with moving it to a second floor apartment. They were done in two hours!Customer service was a plus as well. They always checked in all the way up until the date of move to see if you needed any assistance.Lastly, pricing was worth it. I called 4 different companies in the Southwest area and they offered the best overall package. I did not have to lift a finger the entire time.Again thank you! I would to refer them to anyone.

I thought using this company was a good idea only to have their three man crew mishandle my furniture and cause damage to a table which I had to toss out after they broke it; they broke the bottom of a chest (didn't tell me but I noticed before they left).They then tried to glue and nail the broken piece back together and we had a brand new headboard damaged while wrapped and packaged. They stacked fragile boxes in my garage when I asked them to bring them inside. After the move, I reported a claim to their management and the company failed to respond to my numerous calls, emails and text for over a month. It appears they do not care as you only get their voice mail unless you are scheduling a new move. They are excellent in pre conversation but lousy in post follow up. They didn't bring TV boxes as they over promise but under deliver. If you don't care about your items, this is the company to use!

Spoke to the owner Greg today. He apologized profusely and said his company had a meeting about my move and have made some changes in their process. He credited my cc cc back with a fair amount and I can say the issue with the broken lamp has been resolved. Updating my rating from 2 to 4.My move occurred on Nov. 28. 2023. I notified the company a couple of days later that I located a bolt that was left off when reassembling my bed and notified them of a lamp that was broken. A claim was filed and I received 1-2 emails regarding the claim. Since then it's now Dec. 28 and there has been no correspondence and no updates. The claim email said they will resolve in 90 days however no one has responded to my status inquiries and I don't even have a claim number.I must say their customer service is great up until the point where you have already paid and then have a problem they need to resolve.For this reason I am giving them a rating of 2.I look for how you handle a problem when presented not when everything is going great.And based on their Better Business Bureau complaints handling problems after the move seems to be an issue with this company.
